My Story
I have had the opportunity to work with many organizations who had to deal with trauma. Each organization, team or individual pushes me to deepen my knowledge about this topic. Writing this book was like going through every conversation and every facilitation of the last 15 years. Finally being able to share this with the world feels amazing. I hope many leaders and coaches may profit from this knowledge - share and act on it in their work with companies. As a professional coach, writer and hybrid thinker, I like to share my experience in an engaging and inspiring way.
